The New York Stock Exchange just acquired a provider of compliance training, expanding its business outside of trading.
While the deal was not publicly announced, Traders learned of the acquisition via the bourse’s Tuesday’s earnings call.
True Office will be incorporated into NYSE Governance Services, the exchange’s provider of corporate governance, risk, ethics and compliance services for public and privately held companies.
According to NYSE Governance Services, the union of the two services provides greater cost efficiency and creates economies of scale for users.
