While the rest of the financial capitals were freezing, the members of the Security Traders Association of Florida gathered in sunny Miami Beach for their annual conference.
The annual event included speeches by the STA chairman and panels touching on Market Structure and another on the state of the Buyside. Panelists hailed from such firms as Franklin Templeton, KCG, Convergex, Ariel Capital Management, Tocqueille Asset Management, Fidessa and Atlanta Capital.
