Dash Financial Technologies has landed Jamie Bogen as Managing Director, Execution Services. In this role she will be responsible for helping advance the firms institutional business development strategy across the buy side. Bogen brings over 25 years experience in the capital markets, working on both the buy and sell side. She comes from Bloomberg Tradebook, where she spent nine years, most recently serving as a senior client relationship manager. Prior to Tradebook, she spent over twenty years at Bear Stearns, eventually becoming a senior managing director in the firms asset management business. In 2013 Ms. Bogen received Traders Magazines Women on Wall Street Crystal Ladder Award.

Quantitative Brokers announced that Deepak Begari has joined as Chief Technology Officer and as a member of QBs Executive Committee. With more than 11 years of experience in electronic trading and a primary focus on algorithmic execution across multiple asset classes, Begari has significant expertise in software development, product management and analytics. Begari joins QB from Bloomberg Tradebook, where he served as a senior product manager, responsible for managing algorithms for equities, options and FX. Prior to Tradebook, Begari held various senior management roles in technology development and product management at leading firms, including Redi Global Technologies, Pragma Trading and ITG. Begari will be based in QBs New York offices and report to QB CEO Ralf Roth.
Sabrina Gagliotta has just been hired as the senior vice president of sales at Thesys Technologies, formerly known as Tradeworx.Gagliotta started her career as an equity trader at Schwab Soundview Capital Markets before joining Bloomberg in 2005. She roseup the ranks to become the head of Americas equities sales and trading at Bloomberg Tradebook in 2015 before being promoted to the global head of implementations for Bloombergs sell-side execution and order management solutions (SSEOMS) at the end of 2016. She left that firm to join Thesys Technologies at the beginning of this month.
Calypso Technology announced that Didier Bouillard has joined as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Based in London, Bouillard will oversee Calypso Technology as the company continues to expand its award-winning capabilities to lead the capital markets technology industry. Tom Gavin, who served as interim Executive Chairman, will return to his role as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Bouillard has over 20 years of experience successfully leading global capital markets technology companies. Ranjit Samra and Myron Wieneke both joined J.P. Morgan as New York-based MDs in March. Most recently, Samra was the chief information officer of corporate services technology at Credit Suisse. Wieneke most recently was the head of technology services at Bridgewater Associates. Duco, the data engineering technology company, has hired Mireille Dyrberg as its new Chief Operating Officer. She joins from NEX Groups TriOptima, where she was Chief Operating Officer and previously CEO of EMEA. Dyrberg also was the Global Business Manager for Rates at Dresdner Kleinwort, before which she held a series of Operations leadership roles both in London and Frankfurt. Mireille is consistently ranked among the most influential women in finance in the UK.
Singapore Exchange (SGX) has hired industry veteran Mark Leahy as head of fixed income to oversee the exchange operators bond trading business SGX Bond Pro. Leahy brings more than 27 years experience in fixed income trading, syndication and capital markets having held senior roles at various major financial institutions, including Nomura, UBS and Deutsche Bank.
Christine Sandler, former global head of sales for NYSE Euronext, has joined Coinbase as its director of institutional sales, people familiar with the situation told Business Insider. Sandler, who most recently worked at Barclays, where she was the head of equity electronic sales, reports to Adam White, the general manager of GDAX, Coinbase’s institutional-grade exchange platform.

He has more than 27years experience in fixed income trading, syndication and capital markets and played key roles in the development of the fixed income franchises of several major international banks in the region, including Nomura International, as Head of Debt Capital Markets and Syndication for Asia Pacific, Deutsche Bank as Asian Regional Head Global Risk Syndicate, and UBS as Asian Regional Head Fixed Income Syndicate.
