As the importance of diversity & inclusion in the workplace continues to grow, The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), the premier market infrastructure for the global financial services industry, recently partnered with CEO Action, the largest CEO-driven business initiative to improve diversity within the workplace, to continue to encourage discussion and action around this important topic. Through this partnership, DTCC hosted the CEO Action “Check Your Blind Spots” unconscious bias tour at DTCC’s Dallas office on Wednesday, February 26.
DTCC recognizes the obstacles that unconscious bias may pose to achieving true corporate diversity. The Check Your Blind Spots mobile tour provided visitors the opportunity to learn about and explore ways to mitigate unconscious bias in their everyday lives through a series of tech-enabled immersive and interactive elements.
