The New York offices of Bloomberg Tradebook were not the only participants of the firm’s Charity Day 2015 event. The co-horts on the London Bloomberg Tradebook floor welcomed celebs and sports figures who took turns trading for good causes.

Bloomberg Tradebooks 2015 global Charity Daygenerated $1.25 million in gross commissions, the net of which will be donated to the 20 participating charities. Bloomberg Trading Solutions will contribute an additional $100,000 to the total amount raised, according to a Bloomberg spokesperson.
The annual event has raised more than $2.7 million in trading commissions to support charitable causes. In an effort to raise more money this year, Bloomberg Tradebook added commission dollars earned through futures trading in addition to those generated through equities, options and FX trading.
The Charity Day eventalso took place in the Bloomberg offices bases in New York, Hong Kong and Sao Paulo in Brazil.
