St.Jude is that difference – the images of these smiling children benefiting from the research and care of St.Jude Childrens Research Hospital, said Lynch. What we do seems so insignificant compared to the doctors, nurses, researchers and staff that every day are working hard to advance cures and prevention through research and treatment.
Wall Street Taste of New York featured chefs tastings from 18 of NYCs best restaurants. Attendees also were treated to a taste of St.Jude’s Chef Miles McMath who served the hospitals beloved Cosmic Mac n Cheese.
NBC and MSNBC television presenter Willie Geist hosted the VIP reception.
From my time spent visiting the hospital, to all the special interactions Ive had with St.Jude patients and their families, I can say for certain that there is no place like St.Jude, Rosen said. I am so proud to be a part of this great institution and I continue to be inspired by the ground-breaking work and exceptional patient care that takes place here each and every day.
In its 25-year history, the event has raised more than $40 million for St.Jude.
