Jerry Kallas joined Knight Capital Group in Chicago as the leader of the firm’s institutional equities team based in that city. Kallas joined Knight from Vandham Securities where he led the sales effort for the Midwest region. A veteran of Chicago’s trading community, Kallas previously worked in senior roles at Rodman & Renshaw, Terra Nova Financial and Engelman Securities.

Beatrix Kondor joined BTIG as a sales trader in the firm’s Atlanta office. Kondor was most recently a sales trader with Knight Capital Group in that city.

Alice Chen joined MKM Partners in corporate administration. Chen last worked at Neonet heading up the Swedish broker’s Asia trading desk. Prior to that, she worked for Credit Suisse in equity derivatives sales trading.

Jonathan Isaacman joined Brookline Group in Newport Beach, Calif., as director of trading. He was previously a trader at Roth Capital Partners for eight years, also in Newport Beach.

Randy Mason joined Wedbush Securities as a sales trader in the firm’s Minneapolis office. Mason was previously a sales trader at Sterne, Agee & Leach in that firm’s Bloomington, Minn., office.
