NEW YORK – One Equity Partners (“OEP”), a leading middle market private equity firm, announced the completion of its investment in Computer Design and Integration (“CDI” or “the Company”), a leading provider of IT infrastructure hardware and software, consulting and managed services. As part of the transaction, CDI’s founder and management team rolled over a substantial portion of their interests and retained a significant ownership stake in the Company. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in New York City, CDI is recognized for its data center excellence and its cloud and managed services portfolio, which includes hybrid cloud management, a complete integrated suite of business continuity solutions, as-a-service offerings, IT service management and its proprietary Hybrid Cloud Automation Framework (HCAF) and Zero Touch Operations (ZTO). The Company employs highly-skilled professionals in offices across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.

The hybrid cloud computing market is expected to total more than $700 billion by 2023 at a compound annual growth rate of 20 percent as deployment of multi-cloud networks continues, according to industry data.
