Wilmington Trust has named Bob Savino as Chief Transformation and Operating Officer, overseeing strategy, program management, digital product management, and business technology execution for Wilmington Trust Institutional Client Services, a growing division generating over $1 billion in annual revenue. Prior to that he served as CTO, Institutional Client Services at Wilmington Trust. He joined the firm in March 2024 from FinVention Services, where he was President for over seven years.
Stephen Peyser has been named global head of trading and capital markets at Balyasny Asset Management, Global Trading reported. Peyser joins from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he spent more than a decade as a managing director and head of US cash equity trading. Earlier in his career, Peyser was a vice president of equity trading at Goldman Sachs, focused on consumer discretionary stocks, and a consumer sector-oriented equity trader at JP Morgan.
Janus Henderson Investors has appointed Dennis Deane as Client Portfolio Manager. Deane is a Financial Services Executive, with experience in wealth management, fixed income, structured solutions, credit analysis and financial institutions strategy. He joins Janus Henderson from UBS, where he worked for over 21 years, most recently as Head of Fixed Income Strategy & Sales, Middle Markets.
Apex Group has appointed Regina Gannon as Global Chief Business Development Officer based in New York. Gannon has 30 plus years of extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of driving growth through strong, advisory-based relationships with institutional clients. Her background spans capital markets, investor services, investment management, risk management, and fund raising; focusing on both traditional and alternative asset classes. Prior to joining Apex Group, Gannon most recently served as Managing Director and Head of BlackRock’s Private Credit Investor Relations/Product Strategy team.
EquiLend has appointed Nick Delikaris as Chief Product Officer and a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. A seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Delikaris will oversee EquiLend’s integrated solutions portfolio including Trading, Post-Trade, Data & Analytics, RegTech, Spire, and 1Source. Before joining EquiLend, Delikaris was the Global Head of Platform and Data Solutions at State Street, where he led quantitative and platform-related functions including electronic trading, business process engineering, and performance analytics.
