ON THE MOVE: Clear Street Takes On Morgan Ralph; Dean Berry to MarketAxess

Morgan Ralph

Morgan Ralph has joined Clear Street as Head of Outsourced Trading to lead the outsourced trading platform, a recently launched initiative. Ralph has deep expertise in trading solutions and joins Clear Street from UBS, where he led business development and platform management for the outsourced trading business. Previously, he helped launch the outsourced trading offering at State Street Global Markets, serving as Head of Business Development for the Americas. 

Dean Berry

MarketAxess has appointed Dean Berry as Group Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of EMEA & APAC. Berry is expected to join MarketAxess in Q4 2025. He will be based in the London office and will report to Chris Concannon. Berry will join MarketAxess from LSEG where he was Group Head of its Workflows businesses since January 2024 and interim co-Head of LSEG’s Data & Analytics business since December 2024. Prior to these roles, he served as LSEG’s Global Head of Trading & Banking Solutions and Global Head of Trading.

Tina Joshi

Broadridge Financial Solutions has appointed Tina Joshi as Head of Securities Finance and Collateral Management (SFCM) for North America. Based in New York, she will report to Darren Crowther, Head of Securities Finance and Collateral Management Solutions. With over 20 years of experience at leading financial institutions such as Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, Joshi brings invaluable industry knowledge.

Matthew Clark has started a new role as Director, Enterprise Agentic AI & Digital Transformation at Wells Fargo, leading the strategic execution of Agentic AI initiatives across Wells Fargo, focusing on the enablement and integration of intelligent agents within key enterprise functions. He was previously Digital Workplace at Wells Fargo. Prior to that he led engineering and operations support for the unified content management collaboration and search services across Wells Fargo.

Confluence Technologies has announced Kathleen Keenan‘s appointment as Chief Product Officer. She brings extensive experience in regulatory and analytics product management, most recently as Vice President of Product Management for Investor Communication Services at Broadridge, guiding portfolio strategy and global platform modernization. Earlier, she led product strategy at GAGNONtax and BISAM, steering the growth of platforms trusted by top global asset management firms. Her career also includes senior product roles at Thomson Reuters and Nasdaq.

Martin O. Ouko has joined MUFG as VP, Enterprise Data & Data Products AI Enablement. He joins from TIAA where he worked for over 10 years, mostly recently as Head of AI/ML Platforms, Engineering & Operations. Prior to that he held various technology-focused positions at TIAA, including Senior Data Scientist, Digital Analytics Lead, and Application Developer.
