Matthew Cyzer, Managing Director, CEO of Cowen Execution Services, will be taking on an expanded mandate as Head of European Global Markets at TD Securities, Traders Magazine can reveal. In this newly created role, he will be responsible for the client entrenchment of the firm’s Global Markets strategy across products and deepening their client relationships within the European region. Prior to joining TD Cowen, Cyzer had extensive experience in driving business expansion in Europe through leadership roles at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs.
Cboe Global Markets’ Board of Directors has elected Erin Mansfield, former Managing Director, Global Head of Regulatory Relations and Policy at Barclays, and Cecilia Mao, Global Chief Product Officer at Equifax, as new members to its Board of Directors. Additionally, Joe Ratterman has decided to step down from the Board of Directors of Cboe Global Markets. He joined the Cboe board in 2017 as part of the Bats Global Markets acquisition.
Nasdaq Private Market (NPM) has promoted Kevin Gsell to Head of Company Solutions, and Steve Matthews to Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Gsell and Matthews have also been appointed to NPM’s Executive Leadership Team, where they will help build client and industry adoption of its secondary trading marketplace and corporate liquidity programming worldwide. They will both report into Tom Callahan, Chief Executive Officer, Nasdaq Private Market.
