That said, there were some moves in the months of December 2013 and January 2014. Stacie Swanstrom was promoted to senior vice president at Nasdaq Transaction Services. Swanstrom, a 21 year veteran, has spent her entire career at the exchange and is currently its head of access services. Omega Securities, operators of Omega ATS and Lynx ATS, appointed Sean Debotte as president and chief executive of Lnyx ATS. Debotte, a Canadian veteran with 12 years of industry experience, joined Omega as director of business development in 2011. Debotte was also an options strategist and prop trader at Infinium Capital Group. Before that, he was an equities sales trader at Swift Trade Securities Ltd. He reports to Omega's board of directors.
