CODA MARKETS, INC TO BE ACQUIRED BY ACS GLOBAL HOLDINGS
CHICAGO, January 18, 2024 — ACS Global Holdings is pleased to announce it has agreed to acquire Coda Markets, Inc. (Coda), an agency broker-dealer specializing in proprietary routing technology and auction market platforms. The acquisition is set to close in early 2024, subject to regulatory approvals. Coda has an experienced leadership team with a diverse client base and is an established leader in its space.
The combination of Coda with ACS Global Holdings’ other business lines, ACS Execution Services, Comhar Capital Markets, and Global Liquidity Partners will provide clients of all organizations with an expanded menu when addressing their liquidity and routing objectives. ACS Global Holdings prides itself on its unique ability to deliver solutions across a wide range of equity execution-related services. The addition of Coda Markets is an exciting enhancement in the ability to facilitate sophisticated client needs.
Coda will continue to operate as an independent company.
